It is your responsibility to ensure you review and understand these conditions on each occasion you use this website.

We have taken every step to make sure that the information provided on this website is correct and accurate. The use of the Noëki store is at your own risk. Noëki does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Part of this website is a shopping website where you can browse, select and order products from Noëki.

To purchase goods via this website, you may create an account or check-out as a guest.

If you check out as a guest, full access to functionality on this website may not be available to you including order history, order status, address book and receipt of additional marketing communications.

In order to create an account, you must provide personal details and contact information.

Regardless of whether you create an account or check out as a guest, you warrant that all details you provide to us are accurate and correct, that the information you have provided to us is correct at the time of ordering and that you accept the responsibility that fulfillment of your order is predicated on the information that you have provided to us.

Noëki’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not part of Noëki or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Noëki.

Article 4- Payment

Noëki is under no obligation to ship any products ordered until payment for those products has been received in full. Any order placed by you is in effect an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website. Noëki may accept or reject your order for any reason, including the unavailability of any product or an error in your order. Your contract with Noëki will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Noëki advises you that it has accepted your order and your receipt has been confirmed.

Prices of Noëki products and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Similarly the availability of products and services may change from time to time.

Online payments in our web shop are done with the Mollie payment platform, which offers maximum security features.

Of course you can choose between online payment and traditional payment via bank wire system.

  1. With bank card (Bancontact/MisterCash/Maestro) or credit card (Visa/MasterCard, etc.).
  2. Via wire transfer. You will be redirected to the secure environment of your bank. Payments are done with MultisafePay system. This is an extremely reliable and SSL-secured cash system that meets the highest security standards in terms of cash movements (PCI-DSS).

Payments on the internet are extremely easy. You don’t need to worry about office hours, which are permanent, and you have an enormous range of products and the possibility to compare. They are also proven to be reliable and secure. Yet, you should be aware of the fact that pretty much everyone who accesses your credit cards data, can quite easily purchase online at your expense. Do keep your credit cards, and the data related to, safe for that matter. Know that you will always get a receipt (download section) or a purchase confirmation mail, even for purchases on the internet.

Article 5- Currency Used

The nominated currency used for all transactions on our website (www.noeki.eu) is in European Currency Units (Euros €). No other currencies can be accepted.

All prices displayed on the website will be in Euros € and be inclusive of VAT (Value added Tax).

When European goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside EC) other export taxes may be applicable.

Article 6- Credit Card Information

All credit card information collected by Noëki for the purpose of payment of orders purchased on our website will be stored securely. The credit card details will be masked on your account and will not be visible to any Noëki Customer Service staff.

Article 7- Promotional Codes

We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Noëki website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one user per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.

Information and any advice contained within the Noëki website is of a general nature and is not intended to represent or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions.

Article 9- Purchase of Products

This website is designed for purchases by individuals for personal use, and you agree not to use it for commercial purposes.

Noëki reserves the right to refuse any order which it reasonably considers is for commercial use or sale or where a product is not in stock. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure that the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect or we are out of stock and we can’t agree on how to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged to your credit card.

The purchaser agrees to use the purchased products only for their intended purpose and as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer. Any other use will cause the purchaser to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

Article 10- Your Online Account

When you create an account on the Noëki website, you must provide true and accurate account information. You must keep your user name and password confidential, as we are entitled to assume that the person using these login details is you.

If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your account passwords. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer should it have saved passwords or account login information stored. Further you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Noëki and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their discretion.

Article 11- Product Availability

Noëki aims to provide accurate stock availability, however as our stock numbers vary, the availability is only valid at the time shown.

Article 12- Variation

Noëki has the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the products, services and any pages of its website.

Article 13- Shipping and Guarantee

Noëki ships products all over Europe.


Noëki agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within six (6) days from the payment receipt date. However in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Noëki will send notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

We offer express shipping on ALL orders. Our goal is to keep the shipment costs as low as possible for the customer. Shipment has its cost and both the shipment modality and destiny will have a direct effect on the cost. Please do consult our tables to figure out what the exact shipment cost for your order will be. If you are in doubt, please contact our customer service. Read our General Conditions carefully to get acquainted with all our delivery terms, or contact our customer service.

You should expect you parcel within 6 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@noeki.eu and we will track it for you.

Article 14- Other non-EC countries

You should expect to receive your order within 10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@noeki.eu and we will track it for you.

When international orders reach destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Noëki takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Noëki are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.

Article 15- Noëki Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Noëki product please contact us on +35130884116 in Portugal or on +3225881729 in Belgium or at info@noeki.eu. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange providing the product has not been used and in full compliance with our return policy.

Article 16- Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Noëki are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.

Consumer Exchanges, Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. It is of the upmost importance to Noëki to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition as per European Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated contact webpage prior to returning the damaged goods.

Article 17- 100% Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee:

We pride ourselves on developing the highest quality products and we are confident that you will love them. However, every skin is different and should you not be satisfied with our products, we offer a Money Back Guarantee!

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a full refund or credit. The claim for a refund must be made within 15 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to Noëki properly and as described in our return policy. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.

Article 18- Return Instructions

A customer always has the possibility of exchanging or returning articles. He or she is given a period of time of 15 days after reception of the goods, which we call the cool-down period. Please do respect this period of 15 days. We ask you to read our General Conditions carefully, especially the information on how to return goods properly.

If you have goods you want to return, please register them through my account or at aftersales, if you don’t have an account yet.

Bear in mind following items, when returning an article:

  1. Make sure to respect the cool-down period of 15 days after reception of your purchase.
  2. Garments and other articles should be returned in impeccable and original state.
  3. Make sure your return shipments are properly packed. When not, they risk getting damaged during transportation, which causes our liability to expire.
  4. All shipment costs for returning goods are at the expense of the customer, in the exception of production defaults. If however you want to exchange an article, you will be sent an email containing a particular code. This code allows you to return the article for free.

How to proceed?

  • Log in through my account or at aftersales, if you don’t have an account yet;
  • Fill in the online document correctly and completely;
  • Pack the goods properly and indicate clearly the destination address;
  • Always add your return document to the original bill or purchase order;>
  • Always keep a copy of the return document with you;
  • Take the returned goods to the closest collection point of our logistics partner;
